Multilift XR21S.56 for the major purchaser of scrap metal from Brno
Handover of the new vehicle with hooklift Multilift XR21S.56 and hydraulic loader crane Kesla to REMET company is completed.
Delivery from CONTSYSTEM‘ side included a complete hooklift and the hydraulic crane assembly on a three-axle chassis MAN, control system set-up, installation of the weighing system and its connection to the hydraulic system of the hooklift and the trasport of the vehicle to the customer.
MULTILIFT XR21S.56 hooklift with the capacity of 21 tons is designed for handling containers with a length of 4 500 to 6 600 mm. The weight of the hooklift is 2 500 kg and an operating pressure of 30 MPa.
This type of hooklift is designed for installation on a three to four-axle chassis.
Our partner, FISS Fiala s.r.o. opened a service hall in Brno-Pohořelice which offers servicing of hydraulic handling equipment HIAB AB. The new service hall opening extended the range of services for customers from South Moravia and Brno.
Partner company FISS Fiala, s.r.o. rented part of the hall owned by Navara, a.s. The service hall is located near the highway E 461.

Fire truck with Multilift and Hiab for Czech Fire Rescue Services
We are presenting one of our newest projects for the Czech Fire Brigade of the Moravian-Silesian Region – Fire vehicle equipped with MULTILIFT XR14S.51 and loader crane HIAB X-HiDuo 188 E-6 on the chassis Tatra T815 / 7 8x8 for driving on and off-road.
Delivery of the Fire Brigade vehicle from the Contsystem’s side included: Delivery of TATRA chassis (with cooperation with TATRA TRUCKS a.s., Czech Republic) with all required adjustments of chassis, delivery and installation of Hiab loader crane and hooklift Multilift with all specified accessories, putting the vehicle into operation and carrying all functional tests, providing all necessary documents for proper registration of the vehicle, cooperation with THT Polička on delivery and installation of all warning devices, radio station and the coloring process.
Contsystem handed over the new vehicle equipped with the hydraulic loader crane HIAB X-HiPro 418 EP-5 and the rescue body OMARS on the chassis T815/7 6x6 to the Fire Brigade of Moravian-Silesian Region.
The vehicle is used for the various rescue operations. The delivery from the CONTSYSTEM side included the complete assembly including all the accessories, ensuring the coloring process, putting the vehicle into operation and carrying all the functional tests, operators‘ training, providing all the necessary documents for proper registration of the vehicle, cooperation with OMARS on delivery and installation of the rescue body, cooperation with the company THT Polička on delivery and installation of the firefighting equipment.
CONTSYSTEM has delivered two hooklifts MULLTILIFT XR 26Z.56 on Volvo chassis to one of the largest freight, rail and combined transport providers in Europe - AWT company.
MULTILIFT XR26Z.56 hooklift with a capacity of 26 tons, a tipping angle of 49 °, a maximum operating pressure of 30 MPa is designed for containers with an inner length of 3.8 - 6.6 meters. Joystick control is directly from the vehicle cabin. Easy and safe handling is provided by many other features – e.g. high loading rate, friction reduction, automatic sequential control, acoustic signaling, etc.
The delivery included: chassis modification for assembly, mounting of hooklifts on the chassis, mounting of the side barriers, reserve of the cabin, toolbox, assembly test and training of the operator.
Contsystem will continue its partnership with Tatra Buggyra Racing team also in 2019. Buggyra team will be racing in legendary Dakar Rally for the sixth time. The racing truck and the accompanying Tatra Phoenix are decorated with the Contsystem logo. CONTSYSTEM has installed Hiab X-HiDuo 111 B-2 hydraulic crane on the accompanying vehicle and hooklift Multilift XR20 in the pat. We keep our fingers crossed!
Multilift XR21Z.61 for the Czech transport company
We have just completed the delivery for the Czech transport expert VAPAS, a.s. - the delivery of two hooklifts MULTILIFT XR21Z.61 on SCANIA chassis.
Both hooklifts are equipped with a manual control from the vehicle cab and an emergency control on the hydraulic switchboard. In addition both hooklifts are equipped with a number of safety features. Delivery by CONTSYSTEM included complete assembly including all the accessories.
Hiab’s hooklifts Multilift XR21Z topped with industry-leading control functions are designed to maximise the truck’s versatility through the hooklifts’ ability to handle demountable bodies of various lengths.
Multilift XR21S.63 for the wood production company
Delivery of the hooklift MULTILIFT XR21S.63 included a complete assembly and delivery of accessories including transport to the customer.
The MULTILIFT XR21S.63 hooklift is classified as a "heavy range" and has a capacity of 21 tonnes. It is manually controlled directly from the vehicle cabin. There is the basket mounted on the chassis for the storage of a protective net covering the cargo.
The delivery of the hydraulic loader crane Hiab X-HiPro 418 EP-5 by the CONTSYSTEM company included: production of an auxiliary frame, custom mounting of the hydraulic loading crane on the vehicle including connection, assembly and attachment of additional supports, recovery and adjustment and training of the operator.
The Hiab X-HiPro 418 EP-5 Hydraulic loader crane with the continuous slewing has the lifting capacity 343 KNm and the hydraulic reach of 15 m.
This type of crane is used in various sectors, such as building and construction, waste and recycling, rescue operations.
Czech company uses CTC for unloading udergroud containers
Cut-off the landing time, simplify container handling, this is the main task of the new Crane Tip Control (CTC) software feature. The Hiab X-HiPro 192 hydraulic crane with the CTC control system is used by the Czech recycling and waste treatment company OZO Ostrava as one of the first companies in the Czech Republic. The operator is now only focusing on moving the load to a specific location and the CTC calculates the optimal path for it to do so.
