Hiab`s solution for the general supplier of buildings

Another delivery completed. We handed over the new RENAULT with hydraulic loader crane Hiab X-HiDuo 118 B-3 and hooklift Multilift XR7S.41 to the Czech company STAKO s.r.o., the general supplier of civil and residential buildings with more than 25 years of experience in this field.

Our company CONTSYSTEM s.r.o. implemented a complete delivery of the vehicle including installation and set-up of both hydraulic devices on the chassis, as well as delivery and installation of side under-run bars, rear fenders, oil tank and the pump. We also made the chassis adjustment before the assembly.

Loader crane Hiab X-HiDuo X-HiDuo 118 B-3 with three hydraulic extensions has a standard lifting capacity of 93 kNm, hydraulic reach of 10,1 m and slewing angle 406°. It is fitted with the XS-Drive remote control with 6 functions and safety and productivity boosting functions, such as VSL, ADC, OLP, CWI, SAF and signaling of non-folded support legs. The oil tank has a capacity of 100 liters and an oil flow 45 -55 l/min.

Hooklift MULTILIFT XR7S.4150 has a loading capacity of 7 tons and is used for containers from 4 to 5 meters long. It is operated with the joystick from the cabin and equipped with a number of safety functions, such as emergency external control, load-based audible signaling, NOT-AUS stop button or rear hydraulic locking.

This solution, the hydraulic crane and hooklift installed on one chassis, provides the versatile use of the truck.
