Hiab X-HiPro 638 for transportation company from Prague

The delivery of a HIAB X-HiPro 638 E-9 hydraulic loader crane on a Volvo chassis was carried out in cooperation with the company KOV Velim and one of our contractual service partners, the company Michal Čerešna. With this new Hiab 638 hydraulic crane, HADO company, which operates in the field of truck transport, has extended its fleet of technical vehicles, which now includes several pieces of the loading technique.

HIAB X-HiPro 638 hydraulic loader crane with 9 hydraulic extensions, endless slewing, with a lifting capacity of 466 kNm is equipped with the most sophisticated HiPro control system. The crane lifts 1 580 kg with a maximum extension of 22,2 meters and a load weighing 10 100 kg with a minimum extension of 5,1 m.

Support legs with a gauge of 9 meters, hydraulically extendable and mechanically rotatable - controlled by radio. Second support legs behind the rear axle with a gauge of 4.7 m.

Safety features:

• SAF semi-automatic crane folding and unfolding,
• OLP overload protection,
• VSL Variabil evaluates the final positions of the extensions of the stabilizer supports. The system serves to automatically determine the stability of the vehicle depending on the load on the crane and the extension of the supports.
• CWI warning indicator in the cabin, which warns that the crane is not in the transport position,
• BDA assistance when extending the arm (prevents the operator from any movements that could damage the crane)
• Sound and visual signaling of unfolded stabilizer supports.
