MULTILIFT training for our service partners

In order to ensure and keep the high-quality level of services for the HIAB brand in the Czech Republic, we have organized two-days technical MULTILIFT training for our 9 Czech service partners (17 technicians arrived). As Contsystem`s technicians are regularly trained by Hiab professionals, they want to share their knowledge with technicians from service partners´ companies in order to maintain the quality standards within the whole network.

The first day (16^th June 2020) of the service trainingwas filled with all the NEW product information with the focus on MULTILIFT Ultima, spare parts ordering, service tasks and all the technical information from the service point of view.

The second day (17^th June 2020) of the service training was the practical part where all the participants had the opportunity to see and experienced MULTILIFT Ultima. They were asking a lot of questions regarding service and repairs and they tried the operation of MULTILIFT Ultima 21Z.56 equipped with three cameras, advanced display and lots of advanced functions.

Contsystem strives to ensure and keep the high-quality level of services for the HIAB brand in the Czech Republic. This includes supporting the service partners with the necessary diagnostic equipment, spare parts catalogues and organizing workshops. With all these service partners Contsystem has concluded service contracts and supports them in their development. With most of the service partners the partnership has been lasting for several years; some partnerships are quite fresh.
